First CC honored with building dedication

The family of retired Brig. Gen. Donald Haugen, unveil a bronze plaque at the 919th Special Operations Wing headquarters building dedication ceremony at Duke Field, Fla., July 8. The building was dedicated to the 919th’s founding member, Haugen, who created the 919th Tactical Airlift Group in 1971.
