Flynn assumes command of 711th SOS

DUKE FIELD, Fla. --  The 711th Special Operations Squadron recently welcomed a new commander. Here is a little more information about him.

Name/Rank: Lt. Col. Daniel Flynn

Organization: 711th Special Operations Squadron

Responsibilities: He is responsible for more than 110 warriors in transition to a new aircraft and new combat aviation advisor mission.

Previous assignment: Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command Lead Global Force Management officer; Joint Special Operations Air Component Commander/Expeditionary Special Operations Group Commander for Special Operations Command South
