Wing announces dates for next Yellow Ribbon event Published Dec. 2, 2010 919th Special Operations Wing Public Affairs DUKE FIELD, Fla. -- The 919th Special Operations Wing is encouraging its eligible reservists to attend the next regional Yellow Ribbon Program event, Jan. 28-30 in Sandestin. "Anyone that has just recently returned from a deployment or anyone that is identified to deploy from our unit is eligible to attend," said Capt. Lori Mann, the wing's YRP manager.
