Retirement-ready bird
A maintainer marshals a taxiing C-145A into its parking spot at Duke Field,
Fla., Aug. 17 after it and its sister aircraft returned home together from a
lengthy overseas operational deployment. The Air Force Special
Operations Command-owned aircraft was one of two Duke-based C-145s flying
their final non-standard aviation missions before their imminent retirement
