Aircraft 64-0565 served as the backdrop of the MC-130E Combat Talon I retirement ceremony at Duke Field Fla., April 25. AF bids farewell to Combat Talon I

Aircraft 64-0565 served as the backdrop of the MC-130E Combat Talon I retirement ceremony at Duke Field Fla., April 25. The Talon served as the lead aircraft in 1980’s Operation Eagle Claw, the attempted mission to rescue hostages in Iran.
