Fitness a way of life

A member of the 919th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron prepares for his annual fitness assessment at Duke Field, Fla. The Air Force Reserve has resumed fitness assessments for the month of August after impleneting changes to the Fitness Screening Questionnaire.
