DUKE FIELD, Fla. --  Capt. Jason Brown, 859th Special Operations Squadron pilot, has been appointed the summary court officer for the estate of Lt. Col. Hunter Letchman pilot, 859th SOS, All claims for or against the estate of the deceased must be submitted to the summary court officer.
