Members of the Air Force Reserve have a simple tool to help build the future force called the Get1Now program.

Re-launched in January with an updated reward structure, the Get1Now program capitalizes on word-of-mouth, allowing members to refer people in their personal network who are a good fit for military service.  The updated program disperses rewards when the referred individual is approved for service instead of only after they enter service.

“The Get1Now program is probably the number-one lead generator for the recruiter and allows the Reserve member to tell their story,” said Chief Master Sgt. Roger Haynes, chief of 919th Special Operations Wing recruiting.  “The member knows what it takes to do the job.  They are the best recruiters.”

Setting up a Get1Now account takes less than two minutes and submitting a referral can be done from any computer or mobile device.

“We wanted to make it simple,” said Haynes. “You can log in and submit leads from anywhere.”

Once a referral is submitted through the Get1Now website or mobile app, recruiters help finalize the process.  The simplicity is what makes the program appealing, and members get the chance to be involved in bringing in new Citizen Airmen.

Program details and how members can participate can be found online at www.Get1Now.us.
