Chief Master Sgt. Lyle Spangler presents Col. (retired) Kenny Ray with a memento of being named an honorary chief master sergeant at Duke Field, Jan. 9. Colonel Ray was a former 711th Special Operations Squadron commander and 919th Special Operations Wing vice commander.
