Safety Persons of the Year
Tech. Sgt. Timothy Crabtree and Master Sgt. Robert Pinard, 919th Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, were named the 919th Special Operations Wing’s 2014 Safety Persons of the Year at a ceremony Jan 11 at Duke Field Fla. Senior Airman Jordan Bramlette, 919th SOMXS, not pictured, also shared in the award. Pinard took control of a situation where an Airman had collapsed and was unresponsive after a physical assessment. Pinard began to resuscitate the Airman using CPR. Crabtree retrieved and applied the AED and administered shock to the Airman. Bramlett called 911 for further medical assistance.
