'Citizen Commandos - Always Ready'
The 919th Special Operations Wing, located at Eglin Air Force Base Field 3 (Duke Field), Fla., is the only special operations wing in the Air Force Reserve. The members of the 919th not only train to fulfill their Air Force Reserve obligations, but as citizen airmen, they continue to assume active roles in humanitarian and community projects both in their respective communities and in wartime contingencies overseas.
