Master Sgt. Randy Merritt, 919th Special Operations Wing Comptroller's office, receives congratulations from Brig. Gen. Mark Kyle, Air Force Reserve Command inspector general, during the Unit Compliance Inspection outbrief March 10 in Spectre Hall.
