Honorary 2nd Lt. Ethan Campbell blasts caution cones with a fire hose during Pilot for a Day at Duke Field May 2. The Pilot for a Day program gives children with serious health conditions a break from treatments to experience a day in the life of an Air Force pilot. Lieutenant Campbell was treated to an all-star tour of the Duke Field Fire Department, experienced a simulator ride, battled insurgents with security forces members, and taxied down a runway in an MC-130E Combat Talon I aircraft where he was then given his pilot's wings.
