Chief Master Sgt. Rocky Hart, 919th Special Operations Wing command chief, sells samples of chili to prospective voters at the Santa Rosa Mall Chili Cook-off held Feb. 9 in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Kim's Commando Chili, named for its cook, Master Sgt. Kim Sayer, 919th Maintenance Operations Flight, took first place in the competition for best judge's choice chili and third for team showmanship. Sergeant Sayer first introduced her award-winning recipe at the wing's Family Day Chili Competition December 2007 where she beat out Duke competitors to move up to the mall competition.
