During a light-hearted going away ceremony for Chief Master Sgt. Rocky Hart, 919th Special Operations Wing command chief, members speaking were encouraged to place their hand in a bucket of ice in order to motivate short speeches and allow time for all speakers and presentations. Chief Hart stepped up to the challenge placing his own hand in the ice while he spoke.
