New memorial highlights Duke Field’s storied past
The original plaque from a dated memorial to members of the 3205th Drone Group rests at its new home on the recently completed history memorial at Duke Field, Florida, Aug. 8, 2021. On base, McWhorter Street, Blake Avenue, Clay Street, Audette Drive, Phillips Street, and Leffel Street, are all named after the casualties from training accident as part of the 3205th DG.
